Grade II Listed Project in Ware

As part of an on-going initiative to provide comprehensive traditional building services and expertise for heritage, Listed, historic and period properties throughout East Anglia and beyond, the team at Emmerson Critchley has just completed this project to a Grade II Listed building in Hertfordshire.

The traditional building project included tying in cracks, installing a stainless steel EML (Expanded Metal Lathing) and then applying a lime render which has insulating properties.

Emmerson explains: “We are very happy with the finish of this project and to have had the opportunity to take care of this beautiful Grade II Listed property.”
