Grade II Listed Property in Norfolk

Working recently on this beautiful Grade II Listed property in Norfolk the Emmerson Critchley Ltd team were able to showcase their specialist skills using traditional and sympathetic restoration methods to preserve the property’s original integrity. Here they have used new half lapped and tennon studs to attach the new sole plates to the existing frame. The ledgers and wattles are in place, and ready to receive the daub. Following and undertaking specialist training means that Emmerson Critchley Ltd can produce and supply high quality daub. This cuts the cost of acquiring it from a third party, and happily, this saving is passed on to Emmerson Critchley customers.
